Delivery Information

Standard delivery time to mainland UK is 2 to 6 working days and costs £42.00 per roll. You will be contacted after to ordering to arrange delivery for a specific day. Standard delivery takes place between 8 am and 8 pm on your specified delivery day. Specific delivery requirements such as AM/PM, Saturday delivery, next day and dedicated delivery services available on request. The cost for such requests is based on weight, quantities, and distance to be delivered.

Please note that all deliveries are carried out by a single man multi-drop driver. 4m width rolls are long, awkward and can be heavy for one person to carry safely so the driver may need assistance to unload your grass. Please note that the average weight for our grasses is 3kg per sqm so it can be very heavy, please consider this when ordering.

Delivery is to the nearest curbside; the driver is not necessarily permitted to enter your premises. Delivery drivers are often happy to take items on to your property upon request but this is at their discretion and can’t be guaranteed. This is the case especially if you live in a block of flats or offices, the carriers will only deliver to the ground floor entrance. Should permission be granted for the driver to enter your property, we will not be held liable for any damage made to the goods or the property itself once on your premises.

Due to the size of some delivery vehicles, we must be informed when ordering if you think you have any access problems or restrictions. We will not be held liable for any redelivery charges due to restricted access we were not made aware of.

Although highly unlikely, it is possible that products can get damaged in transit. If your order does arrive damaged please contact us immediately. Once you have signed or acknowledged your delivery, you are accepting the goods have been delivered in perfect condition. We will not be able to make a claim on your behalf for damages if the courier can provide us with evidence that you have accepted the delivery.

We make every effort to deliver goods within the estimated timescales, however, delays are occasionally inevitable due to unforeseen factors. We strongly advise that you arrange your delivery at least 3 working days before any installation is planned or any fitter is booked. We will not accept any liability for time or economic loss as a result of any delay or failure to deliver the products within the estimated timescales.


All products can be collected from our warehouse is Daybrook (Nottingham). Please note that during busy periods you may experience a wait while our yard staff serve other customers or are loading/unloading other vehicles.


The company operates a 30-day return policy in line with the Consumer Rights Act of 2015. If you wish to return goods, you must notify the company within 14 days of receipt of the goods. This must be done in writing by email to

The company will not arrange collections for non-faulty goods being returned, it is the buyer’s responsibility to return goods to the company’s premises at Sherbrook Business Centre, Nottingham, NG5 6AT. The customer will be liable for return costs and any goods that are returned must be within 14 days of the company’s agreement to accept the returns.

Once the goods are received at our premises the company will inspect the goods. Subject to the goods arriving at our premises in a re-sellable condition we will issue a refund. We reserve the right to withhold any refund in the case of the goods being returned to us in less than a re-sellable condition.

All refunds will be processed using the same method used when payment was made and will be issued within 7 days of the company’s receipt of the items.

All non-faulty goods returned will be subject to a 15% re-stocking charge.
