Covid-19: Update

 

As with many businesses at this difficult time, we are taking all measures to ensure the safety of our employees, customers and delivery drivers.

For this reason, our showroom is temporarily closed and the vast majority of our staff are working from home. Employees still coming into our offices are adhering by the two metre social distancing and sanitising regularly.

Orders for composite decking and artificial grass can continue to be placed via our website or over the telephone and we aim to get deliveries to customers within 3-5 working days, if not sooner if at all possible.

Customers can still collect from our distribution centre, however, we will require full payment prior to collection and 24hrs notice.

We are currently unable to offer a standard delivery charge and all deliveries, for the safety of customers and deliver drivers, will be on a dedicated vehicle basis only – minimising contact between drivers and customers. This means, all orders will be based on the mileage rate from our units in Nottinghamshire to the delivery address. Our customer service team will happily provide you with carriage costs based on your delivery postcode by either email or telephone.
